The COVID-19 pandemic is still affecting the planet. Due to the uncertainty of the international vaccination plan and the Conference Organizing Committee has decided to postpone the conference, moving it from the Summer to the Fall. The new conference dates are October 1-2, 2021. This year’s event will be held in hybrid from, with both in-person and on-line paper presentations.
This year’s conference title is: “Risk Management during and after the Pandemic Storm: Recovery, Resilience and Sustainability“.
A special session dedicated to COVID-19’s impact on global financial stability and risk management practices will be organized. This special session invites submissions related to the impact of the pandemic on sovereign institutions, economic consequences and on financial institutions and markets.
The Risk Banking and Finance Society, in collaboration with the IRMC permanent organizers University of Florence and NYU Stern Salomon Center, the co-organizer JRC-European Commission, this year’s host institution the University of Cagliari and Fundação Dom Cabral in the role of South American HUB, invite you to join the 14th edition of the International Risk Management Conference which will bring together leading experts from various academic disciplines and professionals for a two days conference including three keynote plenary sessions, three parallel featured sessions and a professional workshop. The conference welcomes all relevant theoretical, methodological and empirical contributions.
