What is the deadline to submit a paper?

Is there a limit to the number of papers I can submit?
Yes. An author can submit maximum 2 papers, but can present only one. In case both will be accepted, one of them should be presented by a co-author.
How do I check the status of a paper I submitted?
You may view the status of your full paper by login into the CMT system with your account here
Can I submit just an abstract?
Yes. Abstracts submission gives you the access to poster session.
Where my papers will be presented?
Full papers accepted by the Scientific Committee would be presented during the Parallel Session A., B., C.

Is there a special registration fee for PhD students?

I am an international guest and will need an official letter of invitation to apply for my visa. How can I request this letter?
You can request an invitation letter by contacting the IRMC Staff at email@example.com. Please be aware that visa issuance is outside of our control and often requires considerable time and effort. Visa requirements are set by the country you plan to visit. It is your responsibility to check entry requirements with the consular officials of the countries to be visited well in advance of your trip. Please note, that IRMC cannot guarantee the issuance of a visa.
How should I pay for the conference?
Payment can be made online by PayPal/credit card or bank transfer. The payment module is attached to the online registration process. In case of using PayPal transaction fees will be add.
Can I cancel my participation to the program after submitted and paid?
You can decline your participation, but paid registration fees are not refundable.
Can I register on site?
Yes. Of course you can register on site, in this case late registration fees will be applied. However we suggest to register in time to manage better your participation.
When does the conference begin?
The conference will officially begin with an opening reception on June 15, 2020.
What is a Parallel Session?
A Parallel Session is composed of 4-5 papers that are presented sequentially by their author(s), with a short amount of time allotted for audience members to ask questions.
When will I receive my conference material?
Your conference handouts will be distributed on the first day of the conference. Additional conference material will be made available on the website after the event but only for the participants of the conference. You will be provided with access details for this website.

The dress code at the conference is business casual. The speakers usually are dressed with business attire.
