Yes. An author can submit maximum 2 papers, but can present only one. In case both will be accepted, one of them should be presented by a co-author.

You can request an invitation letter by contacting the IRMC Staff at irmc@therisksociety.org. Please be aware that visa issuance is outside of our control and often requires considerable time and effort. Visa requirements are set by the country you plan to visit. It is your responsibility to check entry requirements with the consular officials of the countries to be visited well in advance of your trip. Please note, that IRMC cannot guarantee the issuance of a visa.
Payment can be made online by PayPal/credit card or bank transfer. The payment module is attached to the online registration process. In case of using PayPal transaction fees will be add.
You can decline your participation, but paid registration fees are not refundable.
Yes. Of course you can register on site, in this case late registration fees will be applied. However we suggest to register in time to manage better your participation.
The conference will officially begin with an opening reception on June 15, 2020.
A Parallel Session is composed of 4-5 papers that are presented sequentially by their author(s), with a short amount of time allotted for audience members to ask questions.
Your conference handouts will be distributed on the first day of the conference. Additional conference material will be made available on the website after the event but only for the participants of the conference. You will be provided with access details for this website.
What should I wear?
The dress code at the conference is business casual. The speakers usually are dressed with business attire.
