Instructions
How to Submit Full Papers and Extanded Abstracts
SUBMISSION OPTIONS
We offer two pathways for research submission:
1. Full Paper Submission
For authors seeking publication opportunities linked to the conference. Submissions will undergo blind peer review and may be considered for special issues of associated journals.

Deadline: November 30, 2025

Presentation: Accepted papers will be presented in parallel sessions.

Revisions: Minor final revisions are allowed.
2. Extended Abstract Submission
For authors presenting preliminary findings and seeking feedback before finalizing their work.

Length: 1,000–1,500 words (excluding references)

Content: Must include research objectives and early results.

Presentation: Accepted extended abstracts will be presented in parallel sessions.
General Rules

Each author may submit up to two works (full papers or extended abstracts).

Only one accepted work per author will be scheduled for presentation.

A second accepted work must be presented by a co-author.
SUBMISSION TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Format: Microsoft Word (.docx), PDF, or Latex format. Maximum size is 5Mb.
Language: English.
Page Layout: A4, 2.5 cm margins, single-column, 1.5 line spacing.
Font: Calibri, 12 pt for body text, 14 pt bold for titles.
References: Follow APA (7th ed.) or another recognized academic style, consistent throughout the document.
File Name: Use the format “Paper Name”.docx (e.g., BankRisk.docx).
Anonymization: For peer review, remove any author-identifying information from the manuscript; include author details only in the submission form.
Figures/Tables: Number sequentially, provide captions, and ensure they are clear and high‑resolution.
Presentation rules:
A maximum two papers per person can be submitted to the Scientific Committee.
The presentation is limited to one paper per person.
Paper Submission Deadline
– The submission deadline is April 12, 2024 11:59 pm Pacific Time
– There will be absolutely no extensions of the submission deadline
– The author must create a personal CMT account in order to submit a paper
– It is recommended to start registering the paper no later than 30 minutes before the deadline in order to have enough time to fill in all the forms
Paper Acceptance
– If your paper is accepted the Conference Coordinator will inform you by April 14, 2025
