Małgorzata Olszak currently works at the Faculty of Management, University of Warsaw. Małgorzata does research in Banking, Risk management, Financial sector regulations and Financial Economics. Their current projects are ‘Regulatory determinants of procyclicality of bank lending activity’ and ‘The effect of competition on effectiveness of macroprudnetial policy’. She is the editor-in-chief of the Journal of Banking and Financial Economics.
Grzegorz Karasiewicz is professor at the University of Warsaw. Head of the Department of Marketing at the Faculty of Management, University of Warsaw. In the 2012–2016 term, he served as the Dean’s representative for postgraduate studies. In the 2016–2020 term, he was head of a teaching unit and Vice-Dean for student affairs.In the 2020–2024 term, he was Dean of the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw. He is the Editor of the monthly Marketing i Rynek since 1 September 2018.
